Tax preparation consultations last approximately 20-45 minutes
When booking you will initially complete the client intake form. Once the client intake form is complete allow 2-4 business days to be contacted for review. This timeframe is dependent upon all information being received. Generally, there is no upfront fee for tax preparation services. Tax prep and associated fees will be deducted automatically once your refund is received. (If you owe the IRS or other debt in which we aware, then you may have to pay upfront - payment plans available).
Tax Planning: These consultations generally last 45 minutes to an hour. Prior to the consultation you will need to complete a client intake form that will give me background on your ta x situation. Tax planing consultations require a $25 nonrefundable deposit upfront.
Tax Resolution Consultations can last up to an hour. Prior to the consultation, you will complete a client intake form explaining your tax situations along with any supporting documentation.
Consultations are generally completed via phone or zoom depending upon your preference.
Due to COV-19, I have limited in-person consultations (however if requested I will accommodate).

Missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of consultation fees.

5A. No Refund Policy
All payments made for tax preparation services, consultations, document review, amendment services, and other professional services are non-refundable.
Due to the time, labor, preparation, research, administrative work, and professional resources involved in providing services, refunds will not be issued once work has begun, documents have been reviewed, consultations have been completed, or tax preparation services have been initiated.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
